Areas of therapy:
Neurodevelopmental Therapist
Uses therapeutic approach aimed at improving the physical and neurological development of individuals including autism, cerebral palsy and developmental coordination disorder. As a therapist I utilize tailored exercises and activities to enhance motor functions, sensory integration and cognitive capabilities, which will promote greater independence and quality of life. By connecting neuroplasticity with structured intervention, I aim to assist in retraining the brain and body to achieve more controlled and coordinated functional capability.
Medical and health educator and therapist for stem cell therapy
Educating patients and families to better understand stem cell therapy in the use of neurological conditions. As a therapist, also devising individualised treatment protocols with the patients, before, during and after therapy.
Stem cells are the raw cells that all other specialised cells are made from. They will divide and multiply and renew all the old cells in the area. They are the building blocks of all organs, tissues and blood. They are like a blank microchip that can be programmed to perform particular function(s), they can self-renew, divide and give rise to more functional healthy specialised cells.
Functional cell regeneration and neuroplasticity will stimulate and/or enhance the function of many cells, including nerve calls and brain cells.
Many neurological conditions are not able to show effective results with only therapy alone in most severe neurological cases. As a therapist, and a medical scientist, through research, practice and evaluation, I have witnessed the success of stimulating the brain cells and nervous system through stem cell therapy especially in the areas of neurodevelopmental problems such as Autism to show profound success in curing the symptoms.
My protocol is to analyse and evaluate the areas of the cause of the neurological problem starting from the body’s chemical, biological and electrical activity. This will be an individualised approach and the success rate is above 80% in both children and adults. The idea is to stimulate the areas of the brain to allow the patient to open their channels of perception, and then incorporate the desired therapy whether its speech therapy, emotional regulation or behaviour therapy.
Psychological counselling and therapies
Application of holistic and conventional therapies for anxiety, trauma, depression and stress disorders.Individualised assessment is conducted including blood tests to determine the source of the emotional and behavioural symptoms. The therapies are individualised and allow alignment of the body physically, emotionally, behaviourally and spirituality through individualised therapy and techniques, both online and face to face.
Specialising In Trauma
Prolonged exposure therapy (PE) is a gradual controlled exposure therapy i use which helps the patient to learn that their triggers are not dangerous. It allows facing your fears head on and build up emotional immunity.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is another effective approach in helping you understand as well as change the thoughts and feelings related to the trauma. Its like untangling a knotted yarn, examining each thread of thought and emotion
Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET) allows the patient to make their experience into a narrative integrating experiences into a narrative. Allows you to become the author of your own life.
Trauma focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (TF-CBT) used for children and teenagers who have experienced trauma, helping young minds navigate their complex emotions and thoughts, often also involves family members in the healing process.
Relationship counselling
Relationship therapy includes therapy and techniques to overcome issues and strengthen the bond between individuals. I incorporate three phases in the therapy. First phase is to determine individual problems in the relationship which is done through individual and joint sessions. Second phase is analysing each perspective and guiding for solution. Third phase includes acknowledging insights and moving towards decision making individually and as a couple.
Health Coach and Educator in Medical Sciences
Supporting patients in creating specific and individualized action steps in their nutrition, daily routines, sleep optimization and physical activity. I will guide you in prioritizing your diet needs and lifestyle factors that will have the largest impact on your health. Being also a biopharmacologist in health and sciences i will guide and educate as well as ensure you have all the right tools, techniques and knowledge to live your optimum healthy lifestyle.
Bioresonance healing therapy
Based on the principles that every cell in our body emits electromagnetic waves, including brain cells, bioresonance therapy utilises devices to detect and analyse these waves. It aims to identify and address any imbalances or disruptions in the body’s energy fields. It allows me to identify the stagnated areas within the body, both physically and energetically, that will help diagnose and allow treatment. Every atom in the body creates an energetic field depending on its chemical nature. The idea is to understand that healing can only occur when you are aligned physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This treatment protocol is usually to involve the bioenergetics of the body before my psychotherapy, as it allows me to address the root causes of the health issues rather than just treating the symptoms. It helps me work on multiple levels, potentially offering benefits both physically ( allergies, digestive disorders, chronic pain and hormonal imbalances), and mentally ( stress and anxiety related ).
NLP Master
The use of NLP therapy is to make use of conscious use of language to bring about desired changes in thoughts and behaviour. NLP therapy detects the sensory bias of the individual and will base the therapeutic framework according to the patient's sensory representation. As an NLP practitioner I enhance my counselling through techniques of anchoring, association, rapport and visual/ kinesthetic dissociation (VKD) which is to remove negative thoughts and feelings associated with a past event. It will allow personal development through promoting skills through self reflection, confidence and communication.
