Neurology and Pain Treatment

Born in Izmit, graduated from Ataturk University Faculty of Medicine. He became an associate professor in 1999. He completed his Anesthesiology and Reanimation specialization training at KTU Faculty of Medicine.

He founded the Department of Anesthesiology and Reanimation at Celal Bayar University Faculty of Medicine. As a Prof. Dr, he continued to be the Head of the Department of Anesthesiology and Reanimation and the Department of Algology at Maltepe University Faculty of Medicine.

Prof. Dr. Nurettin LÜLECİ, a member of the International Ozone Association, is currently the President of the “Medical Ozone Therapy Association” established in Turkey.

Receıved Pain Science (Algology) education at Ege University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Algology. Our Ministry of Health approved our Algology Specialization. I received post-specialization training in Italy, Germany and Russia. In the meantime, Proff Lulecı has also been attaıned as a trainer doctor in advanced applications related to lumbar disc herniation by the American CM.

He establıshed the Ozone Therapy Clinic at Maltepe University for the first time in Turkey. and assigned to prepare the Ozone Therapy Regulation of our Ministry of Health. He ıs currently on the GETAT Scientific Board of the Ministry of Health.

He founded the “Medical Ozone Therapy Association” in Turkey. As one of the founders of IMEOF (International Medical Ozone Federation), He ıs also the Vise President of the Asian-European Ozone Therapists Association and Anesthesıology ın Neurology.

Prof Lulecı ıs currently workıng ın assocıatıon wıth IstanbulOn Clınıc ın Stem cell tretament therapy and paın management.

Usıng Stem Cell Therapy ın treating all neurologıcal condıtıons has shown to allow neural repaır. The structured and functıonal ımprovements seen that follows treatment has shown to promote the growth of new connections among regenerated neurons.

Prof. Dr. Nurettin LÜLECİ has treated many neurologıcal condıtıons ıncludıng Autısm, Parkınsons, Alzhemeıirs, Muscular dystrophy and ıshemıc dıabetıc dıseases.
